Carmine and I discuss how he started out just wanting to make a living in music playing weddings and Bar Mitzvahs, his time with Vanilla Fudge including their two appearances on the Ed Sullivan Show, his post-Fudge career, plus stories about Jimi Hendrix, Janis Joplin, Jeff Beck, Rod Stewart, and Stevie Wonder.
