Carlos Simon is a Grammy Nominated Classical composer with Gospel and Jazz Roots. He is the Composer-In-Residence of The John F. Kennedy Center For The Performing Arts; and the holder of the Inaugural Boston Symphony Orchestra Composer Chair. His works address themes including migration, belonging and community. His latest work is “Good News Mass” with the LA Philharmonic.
