Allison Philips is a Brooklyn-based trumpet player, composer, and educator. She’s led a trio and a quartet, and she’s co-led the DeiCont | Philips Collective. She’s toured throughout the U.S., Europe and Canada. She is a member of the Afro Latin Jazz Orchestra which has performed with The Jonas Brothers and Yo La Tengo among others. She’s appeared at Carnegie Hall, Birdland, and The North Sea Jazz Festival, among others.
